More likely is the clutch pedal fouling the steering column lower joint,
that's inside the car,
and about the only things that I can think would cause this are a distorted pedal, worn pedal pivot or a fault with the column bearing.
Visual inspection first,
just how close is the pedal to the brake pedal,
i,e, does it look like it has been distorted to the right?
and does the clutch pedal depress smoothly or does it veer to the right?
Have a look when the pedal is fully depressed with regard to how near to the lowest point of the steering column.
