Just got the car 6 weeks ago and have noticed once a week or so, it shudders when pulling away, resulting in the tyres spinning, and it will do that all the time i am driving it, but could be fine the next day..

I'm at a loss with your description,
Shuddering/wheel spinning don't really go together.
Best advice is get a good mechanic to check it out.
