2001 Vauxhall Corsa won't start

Had a problem with a broken ignition switch so took off electrical part and with key in lock was able to start it with a screwdriver till could replace it, car was starting fine like this but noticed electric windows and radio were'nt working so checked fuses but none blown but after this ccar will not start at all ,battery is fine ,fuel etc ,spanner light comes on but goes off as turning engine over, would appreciate any advise

If engine is turning over o.k you will have to start at checking whether you are getting a spark and fuel .

Thanks for taking time to reply ,Car had been running fine and started many times in 2 days after taking switch off but wouldn't start after taking fuses out and replaced in correct position wondered if I've ccaused it by taking out fuses

As already suggested , you will have to do the basics and check whether getting spark and fuel . Crank sensor can cause non start , but many possible causes .Without checking out , just guessing .
