My front wipers stopped workin after I cleared snow from window, back wiper still works, can u help

Many times I've seen this caused by the wiper arm mechanism popping off.
You need to remove the wiper arms then remove the black plastic scuttle grill from the bottom of the screen to get access to the arm mechanics,
It'll be self evident if they've popped of the arms from there.
pop/press them back in place.
And next time clear the snow off before putting the wipers on!
