Radio moves preset stations when headlights are turned on.

radio works ok until headlight switch is turned to side light and then headlight,preset stations jump around wont stop on any preset. when lights are turned off radio returns to station that was in display at time,this happens with ignition on or off. radio fascia lights remain on for 15 to30 mins after turning unit off.
