Vauxhall Corsa when i drive over rough bits of road the front underneath of car vibrates but when i apply the brakes it all stops. anybody help me please... thanks

When driving over uneven roads or rough ground the front end underneath vibrates a lot.. but as soon as i apply the brakes even slightly it all stops.. can anybody help thanks..

Need to get it jacked up and checked out , could be a brake or steering / suspension wear issue or all three.
