Vauxhall Corsa judders at 50mph

When I get to 50mph the car judders until I reach 60mph. There are no warning lights. It drives normally at every other speed.
Also why do the brakes squeak?

Get your tyres and wheels checked for twists / buckles .If o.k . get your wheels balanced .As for your brakes , when did you last have them checked ?
