fitted new battery before I knew about the disconnection sequence,since then I have gone through the events of disconnecting, waiting 30minutes, reconnecting and reprogramming.
But the alarm still goes off as it feels.
In between fitting the battery and the rigmarole I also fitted a new radio as the other would not accept its code and the disc player was slipping would this be affecting the alarm?

If that model has a powersounder , worth checking .
