2007 Vauxhall Corsa o/s (rh) stop light not working n/s is working

Bulb OK Fuses OK Switch OK around % volts present at bulb when ignition switched on. No matter what I try I can't get the RH or O/S to work. Any suggestions.

Is it not a double contact / twin filament bulb on that car ? If so , is the tail light working ?

Checked the fuses in fusebox in passenger compartment as well as engine compartment >
