Rawing noise

n/s front noise increases on exseleration and decreasing on deceleration and is still there when coasting it starts about 20mph

Wheel bearing .

tried jacking car up wheel bearing seams ok and free enough

Dont know what you mean by "free enough " Bearing can be noisy and worn without play at wheel .If in doubt and you cant feel roughness by spinning wheel , jack up one side , support with stand and drive car .
