2002 Vauxhall Corsa starting

Is it throwing over fast enough when you try to start it ? If not , get battery load tested or even try charging . A weak cell or low battery will draw power away from ignition circuit on starting .When were plugs last checked ? if not for a while , worth checking or replacing if needed .

Also check your earth lead is secure from battery negative to chassis and engine.
