when im driving the car there is no acceleration and no pick,happened last night,after putting car into drive,checked oil its fine but not sure what prob is with this automatic car

You will have to determine if it's an engine fault or transmission fault .If engine is revving and picking up o.k in neutral or park
best bet would to get it scanned .
