Vibration in steering, under drivers feet, getting worse

steering weel judders all the time, loud vibration through steering wheel and can feel it under drivers feet. getting worse each time i drive. also pulling to right wont go in straight line.

steering universal joint common fault replace pinch bolt to, advise 4 wheel alignment to make it tip top and straight

after having suggestion 1 carried out if no luck have front tyres checked for distortion
