Radio says safe and it wont work

i bought the car on 18/06/13 and my radio says safe on it and wont work how can i resolve this

it will need a radio code putting if you have not got it you should be able to get it from vauxhall for a charge or you can get it re-coded by a specalist not sure how much this costs

As roverman said but you can buy a radio on ebay that do's not need a code just plug in and go cost? about £35 good luck
