Wont idel tick over but rev at 2000 revs or above

1999 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 16v

my corsa will start but wont tick over but will rev @ 2000 and above.
changed all sort now i am confused.
i have changed the idle speed control valve, crank shaft sensor,coil pack,and ever tried a ECU pack, and it is still the same.
anyone got any ideas please

They keep on changing on that car dependant on year / engine .Does it have a timing chain or belt ?

Known for problems with timing chain wear , rattle and snapping . Can also stretch / jump ,knocking timing out .

Disconnected the battery at some time?
supposed to reset the throttle on these with the right software when you do.
