Check the wattage of each bulb to make sure they are the same. If they are double filament (stop/tail type), make sure they are fitted correctly

IT HAS THE CORRECT BULBS IN. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

The only other thing I can think, is to check all the connections and any earths for the lights.
Any dirty or loose connections/earths in this kind of weather often cause problems.
