Hi, ok, one thing at a time:
1. Make sure the air filter is seated correctly and there are no leaks.
2. Check all the spark plug gaps are correct ( they are factory set now) but you never know. are they all tight? and check the leads are secure.
3. Make sure you didn`t disturb any wires connections, pipes etc during the service.
4. The `Tapping` is usually when the oil isn`t feeding the top of the engine. Did you use the correct grade oil? May sound obvious, but its vital as is the quality-cheap oils will lead to all sorts of problems. Did you use an engine flush? if not it may be worth it.

Get it checked out . That car is notorious for the timing chain and camshafts failing which would cause the symptoms you describe .

They are prone for the caps that hold the camshaft in place coming loose,if the noise has come on sudden that maybe your cause best course of action ,do not drive or run engine as further damage can occur.
