Ive the near side dipped headlight not working, ive changed the bulb and fuse yet i still cant get it too work, can any help me out?

You need to check for power at the wiring connector and earth.It normally is the bulb,Is the bulb you have fitted working ,If the other side bulb works you could try swapping that.

Ive checked the bulb its fine, ive checked and theres no power, were do i go from here?

Fuse ,or next connectionpoint ,then to switch.if your not getting a feed to the fuse then you will have to trace the wiring back,but check out the switch .
