2002 Corsa is making a really loud noise when driving 30mph and above, particularly on the motorway. It had a new exhaust fitted in March, took it back to the same garage today to get them to check the exhaust but they said that they couldn't find anything wrong.
Any ideas what the loud noise could be? Doesn't sound rattley like bodywork, more of a roar.

Has the garage fit the correct exhaust for the engine size/car
It is common for new exhausts to need tightening after a few miles
Exhausts can Sound (a little) noisy when new due to no build up of carbon in them
You would notice this noise in every gear and even on tick over though not just at high speed
