Neither of my front idicator lights or front hazard warning lights work but the side and rear ones are fine.Is there a seperate relay for the front indicators and if so where is it located?

the relay might be in the enginge bay but not sure where?

Check the bulbs. Check the bulb holders for any corrosion on the contacts.
