Engine management light keeps coming on

engine management light comes on have taken it in to garage says coil pack faulty have had it chanaged along with other partshas the same problems as in ref 11667 posted by someone else, any help would be appreciated as my son has just passed his test and I dont want him driving it whislt it is running like a pig

Sorry but my only answer is to find a good mechanic.
and that means good equipment.
I had one of these in last week,no fault codes,live data seemed ok though slightly suspect air flow values,with luck I had another in and a quick swap of the AFM and bingo!!faults gone.
Point I'm making here is code reading is a starting point for diagnostics,not an answer.
Best guess would be your local Bosch diagnostic specialist but they're not cheap!

engine managment light comes on when engine heats up splutters as if not getting fuel through very rough when idolingor pulling away

had new coil fitted but engine management light still comes on after 5 or 10 mins engine sounds very rough and sluggish
