hi my window wipers have just stop wrking and are suck in a upright postion a coulpe of weeks before they were making a vibration noise and moving really slow. what do u think it could b and how much am i looking 2 get it fixed

IT MIGHT WELL BE THE MOTOR OF THE WIPER BLADES DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL COST BEST TRYING A AUTO ELECTRICIAN BUT SHOP AROUND

I take it there's been a problem for a short time. At first I thought you may have tried to clear front windscreen of snow with the wipers, which usually causes them to blow a fuse or the ball joint socket holding wipers to motor pops off. If problem has been there prior to them completely failing sounds like the motor has packed in. Check scrapyards etc for replacement if you are looking for cheaper one.

Hi, I have a Corsa C 2001 and my wipers have just started to stop and start when ever i switch them on. Most people say it'e the motor and some say the intermitting switch. I have been looking at the motors on ebay and they go for between £20 - £35 with anything like £10 to £15 postage, if you have a brakers yard close by you could save yourself some postage. The only thing that worries me is that are other wipers going to pack in from the same year of car.
