1998 Vauxhall Corsa indicator lights not working

hi my hazard lights work fine but my indicators dont work the light on the dash comes on and stays on all the time and i get nothen any help out there. ive all ready changed the hazard switch and the indicator stalk ive also done the relay with no change i also tryd wiring up the relay seprate and the relay just run s realy quick and i dont know why need help lol

hi thanks for your suggestion but my corsa is a corsa b and it dosent have a fuse box under the bonnet
