Thanks for the speedy reply. Will take it in on Friday (earliest I can). I have to say the Vauxhall dealer's attitude has been damn poor. When we asked about a courtesy car they said we couldn't have anything until the 19th, and were patently less than keen to help or even 'appear' to be concerned...

Hear a lot of this poor customer service nowadays , more so from the bigger dealerships .Seems to be once they have your money they couldn't care less .See what transpires on Friday and maybe let us know what their diagnose was and how you got on ?

hi,I have the same problem with my wife's car and the dealer has been very unhelpful.i have logged this with the trading standard please call them on 01622-626516 log a complain immediately.

They took my car for investigation had it for 3 days and gave it back saying there is nothing,this car is beyond driving standards at 67mph.I have got a second opinion from AA as requested by our citizens advice centre and have sent all documents for legal action with the dealer.Please mail me if you needed any assistence,PLEASE LOG THIS WITH THE TRADING STANDARDS ASAP AND THEN GET YOUR DEALER TO LOOK INTO THIS.

I have a corsa 1.4 auto and mine does the same over 73/74mph.
I think this is a factory setting.On mine I can set a buzzer/vibrate through steering wheel to remind you that you are speeding.
