Please can you tell me where to find the relay fuse box

I think the relay is on the drivers side kick panel ,yellow colour. Next to it theres a black module which is the the timer relay.There was a recall on some for wiring loom chaffing at the O/S bonnet hinge area which could also affect glow-plug operation.
