2000 Vauxhall Combo van won't start as alram going off

The drive shaft came out the other day as it had a bump I put it back in and drove it around for an hour after bumping it. and it drove fine.
Now today went to start it and it wouldn't I tried bumping it but still wouldn't. Its making a clicking sound and the alarm keeps going off, also the central locking keeps going on. What could it be?????

check for loose connections and battery terminals,sounds like the starter motor faulty.
