2005 Vauxhall Combo engine starting problems

BOUGHT A COMBO VAN HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, I USE TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PREVIOUS ENGINE THAT WAS FITTED. ALWAYS USE TO TAKE A WHILE TO START UP AND THE ENGINE USE TO SHAKE. TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER WENT AND I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ENGINE. SAME PROBLEM STILL HAPPENS TAKES A WHILE TO START BUT IS TRYING TO AS IF IT'S STARVED OF DIESEL. I KNOW ONE OF THE ENGINE MOUNTINGS HAVE GONE. BUT I FEEL THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE FUEL STARVATION ANY IDEA'S. VAN RUNS FINE WHEN STARTED?

get a diagnostic done to check for stored fault codes

check the heater plugs are working,its a quick simple task ton do.
