Vauxhall Combo annoying squealing sound

My van has a persistent high pitched sound coming from the area above the O/S wheelarch in the rear luggage space under a plastic cover which houses a speaker. This noise continues with the engine running or not. Is this a faulty solenoid or something similar?

Try disconnecting the speaker and see if it stops
