2011 Vauxhall Combo gear changing

Car: Vauxhall Combo
Year: 2011
Variant: 1.3 cdti
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
Intermitten grinding in reverse, and hard to get into gear. Had master cylinder fixed and new clutch fitted. Came back from mechanic who said its still not 100% since them problem has reoccured a fewtimes. Lately its becoming a problem again. Not sure if clutch was bled properly as he had a game doing it. A few times gears have eased up till it seems to change gear easily. Alnost too easily

If you have had a new master cyl and complete clutch assembly fitted , shouldn't be having those problems . Assuming the clutch has a concentric release bearing and that was replaced also . You must get it completely bled or it wont fully operate . Also must make sure it was the correct clutch that was fitted as seem to be a few different ones for that year and model . Some cheaper clutches can give problems and not worth fitting
