problem is open drivers door I hear a buzzing noise close door it stops now the central locking is not working when I use key fob I put a new battery inside key fob also with the keyfob not working I cannot open the back door any ideas

Stop screwing around with the fob,

Sounds to me like the door lock servo is faulty.

Pull door trim , check for sticking linkage / door lock actuator .If not that , check for broken wiring where it passes through into door from A pillar .
