Hello, will it rev past 2000k out of gear? Or in 1st? There's a few problems with combos that send the van into limp mode, once you get to 2000k revs it activates and stops you driving fast.
There are a few reasons for this;

1, faulty map sensor, located in the pipe from the air filter, easy to change and about £20, I believe you can clean them though.

2, blocked egr valve, ( exhaust gas recirculation) valve and it does something with your turbo, it's located to the right of your engine and it costs about £50 I'v heard of people I jamming it with a long screwdriver but I have no idea how

3, I'v only read about this online, some say this van has some sort of electrical accelerator, well they say this can cause problems with not going above 2k revs.
Good luck
