Wont accelerate

2006 Vauxhall Combo 1.3
Car: Vauxhall Combo
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.3
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
For the past week or so I've noticed that my Vauxhall combo wont accelerate in every gear like it used to,it still reaches top speed but is nowhere near as quick in traffic as it used to be,also still have engine management light coming on and the the letters INSP come up.Would like to take it to a Vauxhall dealer for service but unfortunately I would have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it !!!!! Still can't get any of the courtesy lights to work either in the front or back of the van, have checked fuses {are there any other fuses hiding somewhere?} oh yeah enjoyed ripping the skin off my knuckles changing the bloody headlight bulb on drivers side....is it common for both headlight bulbs to blow within 2 weeks of each other?any help will be much appreciated....

You will need to get it scanned to see what codes are shown and serviced also.
