2003 Vauxhall Combo looking for kieran ricketts( or anyone who can help)

Hi, i got a problem with my vauxhall combo. My van loses power on the dash board eg- speedo,diesel gauge,clock ect!! When this happens the van wont start and i read kieran ricketts had this problem and solved it!! Really need help, please could someone help me out?? Also i know when my van will do this because the clock that tells the temp says - 34 or higher and i am wearing shorts!!!!! Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
