Hi ive noticed that my van is starting to feel very heavy when i drive it and now my turbo is cutting out @ 3000rpm if anyone help it would be appreciated thanks matt

first id check the vacuum hoses if one is loose or dropped off the turbo will not work other wise it will need a diagnostic check

check also that the vacuum dump valve has not stuck in the open position; strip and clean or replace it altogether. cheap! easy 5 minute job.
