my van was pulling to the off/side i put it into a garage to have the tracking done i got it back but it now pulls to the near/side worse than before

Return it to the garage,Have they swapped wheels around ,is the steering wheel central,or have they not centred the steering to get even threads at the track rod ends,anyway they should re-check it if they originally said it was fixed,They should have road tested the vehicle prior to you driving it.Its a basic saftey req. when working on brakes or steering any good tech. would do.

Agree with above .They should have balanced out threads , if needed , before adjusting /setting alignment .
