2014 Vauxhall Cascada water in car underneath the rear seat

The drainage gets blocked that lets the rain water run through a drain in the wind screen. I can hear the water schloching around underneath the rear seat. We took the inside apart to get access to the rainwater. How do I solve the problem?

Need to clear bulkhead / windscreen water drains are clear , usually at bottom of wing liners . Also check this
