2005 Vauxhall Astra easytronic , car judders at crawling speed

Recently got a 2005 astra estate auto with easytronic gearbox . Its a fab wee car and much suerior on petrol compared to the freelander we had . Now the problem is at crawlin speed , for example goin through Mc'ds drive thru today , it was very shuddery as if it was going to stall but didnt . Never had this with any automatic car before (thats all we've owned as wife is auto licence only)
any sugestions plz folks

Really got to find if it's the engine thats maybe missing or the g/box .Could check plugs and the common fault , coil pack .If not that , you may have to get it scanned and see what shows .
