hi can some one help me on this problem i have a ratiling noise sometimes i go over a bumpy road noise is like a tin can ratiling and car pulling to left!

Get it jacked up and see if there is any movement / play at wheel .If it's a 2010 as it says in your details , take back to dealer under warranty .

i had a new stearing rack fited 2 months a go do you think there could be any thin to do with that!

May well be . Hope they set up wheel alignment o.k after fitting rack .Might sound stupid , but make sure wheel nuts tight .Not the first time I've had a car in with loose wheel .Was it a dealer that fitted rack or one of those steering / suspension " specialist " centres ?
