1996 Vauxhall Astra car wont start

Variant: 1.6 8v LS

my car was spluttering when i use to pull away, so i got told to replace the spark plugs (done that), then changed the ht leads and the coil pack and the throttle body but still not starting

anyone help me?????

Check the basics i.e are you getting fuel , spark ,timing belt o.k ?
