Car: Vauxhall Astra
Year: 1999
Variant: 1.4 LS
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hi Can anyone help.

My girlfriend has a 1.4 astra on 99 plate.

It runs great when going over 40 mph but anything under or if you decrease excelleration the car starts ' Kangaroo Jumping '.
Engine management light comes on and car drives fine???

Using a lot of petrol, had it on several computers but not giving any answers.

Anyone got any ideas
Cheers

sounds like you have a accellerater pedal problem as these astras dont have cables they are flyby wire so it works like bluetooth/infrared setup so have this checked out and im sure this will be the problem
