Power steering failed

my power steering has failed ,i have had a new pump put on but still didnt make any difference,iv had my alternator checked also.first thing in the morning it drives ok but 5 mins along the road i can feel the steering tighten up,odd times during the day for 10 secs it seems to go ok again,but then goes hard please help

Have you got the correct amount of fluid and of the correct grade.

Hi bud i had the same problem a short while ago, beleive it or not the alternator controles the power steering, have it checked or replaced with a reconditiond one
