2000 Vauxhall Astra !! stalling and juddering while idle, hardly any power, loads of smoke !!

HI,
Ive got an astra envoy mk 4 1.6 8v and have a problem. The car will run fine but when i leave it idle for a few minutes its judders really bad and evenually cuts out.
Once this has happened the car is virtually inpossible to drive afterwards. I had the valves conditioned because valve 4s compression was low and changed the spark plugs.
Also the spark plugs seem to be getting flooded with oil ( literaly after about 5 minutes ).

if you have oil getting to the plugs it fairly serious, get a compression test done, sounds like the engine has had it, if it's worn rings

I had a compression test done, valves 1,2 + 3 were 160, 4 was really low, think it was 60-80.
Had someone take the head off and cleaned them all up and since then loads of smoke. I get the spark plugs out and clean them and the car will run sweet but as soon as i idle for 3-4 minutes, revs drop, loads of banging and the spark plugs are covered in oil again.
Been told it cud be "Borewashed". Any ideas?
