Check behind boot side trim , usually can find solenoid / mechanism to open by hand .

Apologies if you already know this;
pressing the remote once opens the Drivers Door,
pressing the remote a second time opens the remaining Door's + Boot + Fuel Cap Door;
I have often gotten out of my Vectra at the Pumps and needed to press the remote a second time in order to open the Fuel Cap door.
