1996 Vauxhall Astra sticking exhaust valve

my car has a sticking exhaust valve. i want to fix it without removing the cylinder head. please advise. i have tryed putting red x into the petrol thinking it might loosen the carbon deposits. it does work sometimes but the problem reoccurs. if you have any suggestions or remedies please reply.

Only way out of this one is to get the head off and de-coke the valve seats etc..
