2000 Vauxhall Astra cutting out when slowing down at junctions

Year: 2000
Variant: 1.6 8v club

my astra was running fine then i had the exhaust welded and it started cutting out when i am slowing down at junctions. i changed all vacume hoses the egr valve the purge valve and the idle speed moter. it drives like a dream and ticks over like it should but still cuts out when slowing down.as i said it only started after it got welded and the battery was not disconected

You haven't damaged the Lambda Sensor / Oxygen sensor or wiring when welding exhaust ?

not that i know of how would i check this and where do you locate the oxegen censer

found the problem it was the speed sencer on the front passenger wheelbairn that was a bad connection joined the wires with bullet conectors and it runs like new now
