when i first start car i get a smell of petrol then it goes

sounds like it could be a faulty oxygen sensor or coolant temp sensor as these are both used by ecu to control fueling,is it ok once car has warmed up?

2145simon you said it migth be a fauly oxygen sensor or coolant tempsensor yes it does go when it warms up then i dont get this again until i start up again is this an easy job to do myself tonyh
