2000 Vauxhall Astra car runs a few min then cuts out

drove appox 4 mile then cut out engine
management light came on. the car will only tick over for a few minutes now before cutting out again. engine management light goes out when restarted. AA did dianostic check but couldnt find wot the fault was.oil and radiator light go on to

Could be problems with crankshaft sensor failure ?
