2006 Vauxhall Astra hazards flashing and door locking/unlocking when i start the car

When I put the key into the ignition the hazard lights start flashing and the doors start locking and unlocking by themselves and pressing their respective buttons does nothing, it starts before I turn the key and carries on for a while after I take it out. There was some slight condensation around the ignition that I noticed

There was a fault with the ignition switches on that car , but whether that would cause what you are experiencing , cant say for sure .It might be best to get the vehicle put on the Vauxhall diagnostic tester (Tech 2) and see what shows .
