whenever i put the heating on my windscreen steams up for ages before it clears anyone any ides wat could cause it

if the car has a/c check the pollen filter is`nt blocked and that the heater matrix is`nt leaking

The Problem
whenever i turn on my heating all the windows steam up to a point were i cant see out i keep wiping them but they steam up again this can go on for over an hour before they clear any solutions
