engine management light on will not rev past 3500 diagnostic computer showing camshaft sensor open circit open fitted new sensor reset fault codes engine runnig fine switch it off start it up again fault comes back

check the wiring to the cam sensor for damage,also check your idle control valve and throttle housing and clean them out
